Station Portal Applications

  • The station portal application is used for the purpose of verification of the station's data, which is the basis for EMRA reporting such as stocksales, by the station and for the correct treatment of missing data.
  • The stock that emerges after the stock sales procurement transactions transferred to the center at the end of the day is monitored here.
  • It is ensured that the station can follow its own current information.
  • The stations are ensured to enter their tanker plan information on the system in order to transfer correct data to Tüpraş CRM system.
  • Communication points with station management are moved to station portal screens as much as possible.

EMRA Integration

  • Keeping station, station licence, fleet, vehicle licence and driver information
  • Every transaction (entry, exit) and daily stock availability of the station are transferred from systems such as Turpak and Netsan to the central SAP system
  • Information that does not originate from the pump (sales to the factory, on the fuel tanker) is taken into the system from the portal entry displays at the stations.
  • End of day reconciliation is performed. Discrepancies are discussed with the station and corrected and recorded.
  • EPDK report set will be taken from the system and the web services requested by EPDK are organized and connection with station systems and web services is provided.

Customer Portal (Vehicle and Counter)

  • Corporate or individual vehicle identification or counter - fleet customers to follow their own account statements.
  • Access to information such as their own address and account definition as master data.
  • Communication points with corporate customers are moved to portal screens as much as possible.

Vehicle Recognition

  • Company information, vehicle information is available.
  • There may be different usage methods such as key, card or vehicle system. Depending on the size of the company, there may be a direct debit system or credit card application in agreement with the bank.
  • Virtual POS integration is established for credit card and integration with banks is established for DBS.
  • For vehicle recognition and top-up cards, a customer portal is designed for customers to query their usage.

Topup Card Application

  • It is a sample application with transporters.
  • The transporter gives a fuel card to the third party transporting the cargo and the vehicle pays with this card. Card sales are carried out like order advance.
  • As the payment is realized from the top-up card system, the order advance balance is closed.
  • At the end of the month, stations issue invoices to the center for the calculated amounts.
  • Vehicle recognition infrastructure can be used as RFC and transfer web service infrastructure.
  • Month end automatic invoicing and profit premium calculations are provided automatically by the system.

Strategic Field Management

  • Providing the personnel in the field with the data from the instant management panel and directing them in line with the targets aims to manage the personnel in the field (sales) with strategic targets and central task management. It is an application based on the analysis of data on the BW system and development on the BW-Portal system. It is an application for finding the causes of the alerting parameters and taking action by analyzing the changes in the determined threshold targets and data.
