We are looking for a “SAP CX -C4C Consultant” within Prodea Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş.

General Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Industrial, Computer or Software Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of consulting experience,
• Participated in at least 2 SAP installation projects,
• Advanced knowledge of English,
• Will be able to produce solutions in line with customer needs,
• Willing to learn and apply new technologies,
• Prone to teamwork,
• Strong communication skills,
• No travel disability,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Qualifications for CX – C4C Consultant

• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Project experience,
• Knowledge and experience in scoping, job configuration activities and creating workflow rules
• Knowledge and experience with C4C Customizing (Frontend Customizations)
• Knowledge of the configurations made in 2 systems in order to ensure integration between C4C and S/4 HANA systems
• Preferably knowledgeable about CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) product and integration scenarios with C4C and S/4 HANA systems
• Mastered C4C data work screen function for data migration
• Mastered the C4C authorization concept
• Prepare and coordinate technical specifications for the C4C development team
